In the Fall of 2010, owners Frankie Winfrey and Alex Borichevsky created Moab’s premier sushi bar, Sabaku Sushi. After many years of experience with sushi and Japanese culinary, Alex and Frankie both had aspirations to open their own restaurant. With their love of the Moab desert, Sabaku (Japanese for desert) was meant to be.
In the fall of 2015, they decided to start up 98 Center, just two doors down from the Sushi bar, to help elevate the palate and the dining experience in moab. They are passionate in providing a creative and healthy menu that highlights local and regional meats and veggies.
